Get more customers with a website that actually works.
We build, host, and market sites for local businesses — from just the files to fully managed. Clear pricing, no jargon, no long contracts.
One partner for your whole online presence
Four guarantees, in writing
We're new, so we don't ask you to take our word for anything — we put it in the contract instead.
Score Guarantee
We fix your site. Then we re-run the same free audit anyone can run on you. If your score doesn't go up, you don't pay the balance. No arguing about whether it "feels" better — it's a number, it's public, and either it moved or we didn't earn the rest.
How it is actually measured
Before we touch anything, we run our free 32-check audit on your site and save the score. It's the same tool on our website, that anyone — including you, including your nephew, including a competitor — can run for free, right now, without asking us. We don't get to mark our own homework.
When the work is done we run the identical audit again. You get both numbers, side by side, with the date on them.
What happens if it doesn't go up
You don't pay the balance. Not a discount, not a credit note toward more work — you simply don't pay the rest of the invoice.
Where it stops — and this is the part you should read
Your deposit is not refunded, because the work was genuinely done, and the finished site stays with us until it's paid for. That is the honest edge of it: we're betting our balance, not our shirt. Fair both ways.
And note what this is not: it is not a promise about your Google ranking, your traffic, or your sales. Nobody can guarantee those and anybody who does is either lying or about to get you penalised. We guarantee the work, measured by a public number.
In the contract: “Score Guarantee” clause. Read the terms · Run the audit on us first
Ownership Guarantee
Your domain and hosting are in your name from day one — never rented from us. The finished site becomes yours in writing the moment the final invoice is paid. If you leave, you take everything.
Why this clause exists at all
Under US copyright law, the person who creates something owns it unless there is a written assignment. So an agency that tells you "of course you own your site" and has no IP clause in its contract has told you nothing. You would own nothing.
The two most common ways a small business gets held hostage: the designer registers the domain in their own name, or builds the site on a platform it can never leave. Then every change costs money forever, and leaving costs more.
How we structure it instead
You buy the domain, in your name, on your card, and give us access. You hold the admin logins from day one — not on request, not at handover, from day one. If SiteLift vanished tomorrow, your site keeps running and any developer alive can take it over.
What you walk away with
Every file, every image, the database, the content, the work log, and a signed transfer of ownership. There's a "Download everything" button in your client portal that builds the zip while you wait — you don't have to ask us, and we can't stall.
The one thing we can't put in the zip is your domain transfer code, because that comes from your registrar, not from us. We say so in the README inside it.
In the contract: “Ownership & IP assignment” clause. Read the terms
Approval Guarantee
You see the design before you pay the final invoice. Website builds include two full rounds of revisions (single-page and fix-only jobs include one). Need more? We'll quote you first and you approve it before we start. You will never get an invoice for something you didn't agree to.
What a "round" actually is
A round is one list. You look at the whole thing, write down everything you want changed — twenty items if you like — send it, and we do the lot. That's one round. Two are included.
A round is not one change. Agencies that count it that way are counting toward an invoice.
What happens after the second round
We keep going. But we tell you the price first, and you approve it before we start. No work happens on a number you haven't seen. The nasty surprise — the bill at the end for "extra revisions" you didn't know you were buying — cannot happen here, because there is no mechanism for it.
The honest bit
A redesign is not a revision. If you've approved a direction and then want a fundamentally different look, that's a new build, and we'll say so plainly and quote it rather than quietly burning rounds and getting resentful.
In the contract: “Revisions & approval” clause. Read the terms
1-Hour Response
Email us between 9am–6pm ET and you'll hear back within the hour. No ticket queues, no chasing.
What it covers
A reply from a person, within one hour, on any weekday between 9am and 6pm Eastern. Not an auto-responder, not a ticket number, not "your request is important to us."
What a reply is — and is not
It's an answer, or an honest "I'm on it, here's when." It is not a promise that the work itself is finished in an hour. Anyone promising that is about to do it badly.
The limits, plainly
Outside 9–6 ET, and at weekends, we get back to you the next working morning. We're not going to pretend to be a 24/7 operation, because you'd find out on the first Saturday and then you'd never believe anything else on this page.
If your site is down and you're on a care plan, that's different — monitoring pages us automatically and we don't wait for you to notice.
Email hello@sitelift.tech and start the clock.
Most agencies guarantee "satisfaction," which means nothing and can't be measured. Ours is a number you can check yourself, before and after, on a tool we give away free.
Your website has problems you can't see.
Is ChatGPT blocked from reading you? Are your invoices quietly landing in spam? Are your images missing the alt text that ADA demand letters are built on? We run 32 checks across 7 areas and tell you the truth in plain English.
Takes 20 seconds. Free. No email needed to see your score.
Services
Pick only what you need — add more as you grow.
Don't rebuild it. Just fix what's broken.
Fixed prices, no "contact us for a quote." Most businesses don't need a new website — they need four specific things repaired. Run the free audit and we'll tell you exactly which of these you need.
AI Visibility Fix $450
Unblock ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI, add the data that tells them what your business is, and make your pages readable without JavaScript.
Email Deliverability Fix $650
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly, so your quotes and invoices stop quietly landing in your customers' spam folders.
Accessibility Quick-Win $850
Alt text, form labels, pinch-zoom and page language across up to 10 pages — the exact items ADA demand letters cite. A quick-win pass, not a legal certification.
Google & Meta Fix $550
Remove anything hiding you from Google, write real titles and descriptions for up to 15 pages, fix your headings, submit a proper sitemap.
Speed Sprint $750
Compress the images, stop the page jumping around, unblock the first paint, switch on caching. Before-and-after report included.
Security & SSL Hardening $400
Force HTTPS, sort the certificate, add the protective headers you're missing, stop your server announcing its version number to attackers.

You're already comparing us to Wix and a $200 freelancer. So here's the comparison, written straight — including where you should not hire us.
Answers before you ask
Including the ones most agencies dodge. If an answer here makes us look bad, we left it in — you'd find out anyway.
Money
How much does a website cost? Just give me a number.
For a typical small-business site the honest US range is $2,500–$8,000, and most land between $3,000 and $6,000. We start at $350 for a digital business card and go to $12,500 for a full store. If anyone quotes you $500 for a "custom" site, you're getting a template with your logo dropped in — which is fine, as long as you know that's what you bought. Use our quote tool and you'll get your actual number in 60 seconds, no email required.
Why is this thousands of dollars when Wix is $20 a month?
Because Wix sells you the software. We sell you the work. The $20 is the tool — you still have to make every decision, write every word, find every photo, and structure the pages so Google can read them. That's 40–80 hours. If you have the time and the taste to do it yourself, Wix or Squarespace is a genuinely good answer and we'll tell you so. We'd rather lose the sale than take money from someone who didn't need us.
What's NOT included?
Domain registration (~$15/yr), hosting (~$10–30/mo), professional photography, premium fonts, paid stock beyond what we license for you, third-party software (booking, POS, payment processors), ad spend, and any pages beyond the agreed scope. We put the exclusions in writing before you pay anything. Any agency that won't hand you a written "not included" list is planning to bill you for those things later.
What will this cost me every month after launch, forever?
The unavoidable floor is hosting + domain + SSL: realistically $15–$40/month. Everything else is optional. A care plan runs $39–$550/mo depending on how much you want us doing. You can decline all of it and the site keeps running. You don't need a care plan on day one for a simple brochure site — you do need one if you take payments or you'd lose real money if it went down for a week.
Is the deposit refundable?
Mostly no — and you should be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. The deposit pays for the discovery and the first design work that happens before you see anything. What we do instead: if you hate the first design and want to walk, you keep the design files and we refund everything except the hours actually worked, itemised. Ask any agency for that number in writing. The number is the test, not the promise.
What if I run out of money halfway through?
Tell us early and we stop, rather than stall. You get everything produced to that point — designs, code, content, files — handed over, and the project pauses with no penalty. You won't get a refund for completed work, and a half-built site is worth less than half a site. But you will not be held hostage, and you can restart later or hand it to anyone else.
What if I can't pay a big amount up front?
A payment plan — three payments at no extra cost, or six months for +8%. Or Website-as-a-Service from $89/mo with no big bill at all. What we won't do is start with $0 down; the deposit is a mutual commitment and it's how projects avoid being abandoned.
Ownership and getting out
Do I actually own my website?
Yes — fully, in writing, on final payment. The design files, the code, the content we wrote, the images we licensed for you. Under US copyright law the default is that the creator keeps ownership unless there's a written assignment — so "of course you own it" from an agency with no written IP clause is worth nothing. Ask us for that clause. Ask every agency for that clause.
Who owns my domain name?
You do, and we insist on it. Buy it yourself, in your own name, on your own card — we'll walk you through it in ten minutes, then you give us access. The single most common way small businesses get extorted is a designer registering the domain in their own name. Whoever buys it, owns it. If any agency offers to "handle the domain for you," ask whose name goes on the registration and get the answer in writing.
If I fire you, can I take my site with me?
Yes. Full export, all the code, every credential, and a handoff document. No exit fee, no "release fee." We'll spend 30 minutes with your new developer at no charge. If we've done our job you won't want to leave — and if we haven't, holding your site hostage doesn't fix that.
What happens if you disappear?
Fair question for a new agency, and here's the concrete answer: your domain is in your name, your hosting is on your card, and you hold the admin logins from day one — not at launch, from day one. If we vanished tomorrow your site keeps running and any developer can pick it up, because it's standard HTML and CSS, not a proprietary platform. The protection isn't our promise. It's the structure. Any agency whose disappearance would take your site down has set it up that way on purpose.
Can another developer take it over?
Any competent one, yes. We build on standard, portable code. Watch out for agencies that build on their own in-house platform — the site literally cannot leave, so "you own your site" becomes technically true and practically meaningless. That's the mechanism behind most "$99/month and you'll own it after 24 payments" offers. Ask any agency: what exactly happens to my site the day I stop paying you?
Is there a long contract?
No. Care plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month-to-month and cancel with 30 days' notice. Pay annually and you get 12 months for the price of 10. There's no year-long lock-in and no cancellation penalty.
Process and time
How long does it take?
Four to eight weeks for a standard site — assuming you get us content and feedback on schedule. The honest version: the number one cause of late websites is the client, not the agency. Specifically, waiting on text and photos. If you take three weeks to send your content, it takes three weeks longer. We'll tell you that at the start, and we'll chase you.
Do I have to write all the content myself?
No — we write it, and it's included. We interview you for 45 minutes and write from that. You do have to read it and correct it, because we'll get details about your business wrong and you're the only person who can catch that. Any agency promising "you won't have to think about it at all" is about to publish generic filler with your business name pasted in.
What if I don't have any photos?
Very common. Three options: we use licensed stock at no charge; you shoot them on a modern phone and we give you a shot list and coach you (this genuinely works); or you hire a local photographer for $300–$800, which is usually the highest-return money you'll spend. For trades and restaurants, real photos of your work beat beautiful stock every single time.
What if I hate the design?
You see the design before we build anything, so saying no costs you nothing but time. Two rounds of revisions are included. If we're still not close after that, we're a bad fit — and there's a stated exit in the contract for exactly that, rather than us grinding you down until you accept something you don't like.
How many revisions? Is it really unlimited?
Two rounds included, then it's hourly at a rate we tell you upfront. Nobody offers genuinely unlimited revisions — agencies that advertise it either cap it in the fine print or have priced the expected overage into the sticker. We'd rather show you the meter than hide it. A "round" means you gather all your feedback and send it once; it doesn't mean one change.
What if I'm slow to respond? I'm busy running a business.
Normal, and we plan for it. Just tell us. If we don't hear from you for 30 days the project goes dormant, your files are held for you at no charge, and restarting may mean requeuing. What we won't do is silently keep it "open" for six months and then bill you for it.
Trusting a new agency
You're brand new with no reviews. Why should I trust you?
You shouldn't trust us yet. You should verify us, and structure the deal so trust isn't required. Your domain and hosting stay in your name. You hold the logins from day one. You pay in milestones tied to things you can actually see. The contract assigns you everything in writing. Every one of those protects you even if we turn out to be terrible. Any new agency that asks you to trust them instead of protecting you is the wrong new agency.
Can I talk to a past client?
Honestly, right now we don't have a list of them to give you. We're not going to invent testimonials or buy them — fake reviews are illegal under FTC rules, and you'd find out anyway. What we can show you is this website itself, our published prices, our free audit tool, and our terms. Judge us on those.
Are you going to outsource my project or feed it to AI?
Straight answer: we use AI as a tool for first drafts and code assistance, and a human rewrites and reviews everything before it reaches you. What we don't do is publish unreviewed AI content, and we'll never tell you a machine wrote nothing when it wrote something. If you'd rather we didn't use it in your copy at all, say so and we won't.
How do I know you won't take my deposit and vanish?
That's the most-reported scam in this industry, so protect yourself the way you would with any contractor: pay by credit card (not Zelle, not wire, not crypto — those have no chargeback rights), get a signed contract with milestones, and never pay 100% up front. We're telling you how to protect yourself from us. If we're worth hiring, that costs us nothing.
After launch
Can I edit the site myself, or do I pay you every time a phone number changes?
You edit it yourself. We hand over admin access and a short video walkthrough. If you can use Word, you can change your text, swap a photo, and update your hours. An agency that structurally prevents you from making small edits is manufacturing recurring revenue. Charging $150 to change a phone number is a business model, not a service.
Do I really need a care plan, or is that a subscription trap?
Depends what you have, and here's the honest split. A simple site with no plugins genuinely needs very little — you can skip it and we'll say so. A site with plugins, forms or payments does need updates, because unpatched plugins are the number one way small-business sites get hacked. We'll tell you which one you are. If you don't need a plan, we won't sell you one.
What if my site goes down at 2am?
We monitor it automatically, around the clock. On a care plan we're alerted the moment it breaks and it's covered — you'll usually get an email from us before you notice. Without a plan we'll still help, billed hourly, but we may not see it until morning. No honest agency can promise 100% uptime; some outages are the host's fault and out of everyone's hands.
What about my email? Does it come with the website?
No — email and website are separate services that happen to share a domain. You'll want Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (about $6–7/user/month) for professional email at your domain. We set up the DNS records so it actually works — and lands in inboxes instead of spam — at no extra charge. Most small businesses have this configured wrong and never find out.
Who backs it up? What if everything gets deleted?
Automated daily backups, stored off the server, so a compromised server doesn't take the backups down with it. Backups that live on the same server as the site are not backups. Ask any agency where the backups are kept and how fast a restore takes — if they can't answer in one sentence, they don't have real ones.
Google, SEO and AI
Can you get me to #1 on Google?
No, and neither can anybody else. Google says plainly that nobody can guarantee a #1 ranking, and agencies that promise specific positions are either lying or about to use tactics that get you penalised. A ranking guarantee is a documented scam signal — the FTC has sued companies over it. What we can do is make your site technically clean, your Google Business Profile complete, and your pages actually competitive.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee the work — specific deliverables, on a schedule, reported plainly. We do not guarantee the outcome, because it depends on your competition, your reviews, your market and an algorithm nobody outside Google controls. A "results guarantee" in SEO is almost always structured so the agency can't lose. Ask exactly how any guarantee is measured, and who does the measuring.
Will a new website actually get me customers?
A website doesn't create demand — it converts it. If people are already searching for what you do, or being referred to you, a good site turns more of them into calls. If nobody is looking for you yet, a website alone won't fix that, and we'd be lying to say otherwise. You'd need something upstream first: ads, outreach, or reviews.
What about ChatGPT and AI search?
It's real and it's early. AI crawlers don't run JavaScript, so a lot of modern sites — especially drag-and-drop builder sites — are literally a blank page to ChatGPT and Perplexity. Our free audit tells you if yours is one of them. Anyone selling "AI search optimisation" as an expensive separate product right now is mostly repackaging SEO, and nobody — including us — has five years of proven results at it.
Scams and red flags
What should I watch out for — from anyone, including you?
The documented scams: the vanishing deposit (paid, then they go dark); domain hostage (they register it in their name); login hostage (they won't give you admin access, so every change costs money); proprietary lock-in (a site that can't leave their servers); fake portfolios (look up every URL and check it exists); and "we're calling from Google" — Google does not cold-call about your ranking, ever.
Protect yourself: register the domain yourself, pay by credit card, never pay 100% up front, get admin logins on day one, and get the exclusions in writing. Use every one of those on us too. If we're any good, it costs us nothing.
You're an agency telling me how to spot bad agencies. Isn't that just a sales tactic?
Partly, yes — of course it is. We wrote this page and we'd like your business. So don't take our word for any of it. Every protection listed above works against us too, and we'd encourage you to use all of them on us. That's the point: you shouldn't have to trust an agency you just met. You should be structurally safe whether we turn out to be good or not.
Tell us your business first
The questions adapt to your kind of business — a groomer and a restaurant don't get the same form. Different business, different questions, different quote.
Wait — what's the difference between the $995 Starter and the $3,750 one-page site? They're both one page.
Fair question, and the honest answer is: the number of pages isn't what you're paying for. Both are one page. What changes is who does the thinking.
- You bring the words and photos. We lay them out properly.
- Built on a layout that already works — not designed from scratch.
- Up to five sections: who you are, what you do, prices, reviews, how to reach you.
- Contact form, tap-to-call, map, works on a phone.
- One round of changes.
- Live in about a week.
- We write it with you. This is most of the difference in price — the words are the hard part, and they're what actually sells.
- Designed for your business from a blank page. It won't look like anyone else's.
- As many sections as your story needs.
- Booking, enquiry routing, Google setup, speed and search groundwork.
- Three rounds of changes.
- Three to four weeks.
And the part most agencies won't tell you: if you've already written your own copy and you have decent photos, the Starter is genuinely enough. Take it, get trading, and come back for the bigger one when the business is paying for it. You can upgrade later and we credit what you already paid.
It says “ongoing” — what does that actually mean, and how long before anything happens?
Straight answer: months, not days. SEO is not a switch we flip. It's the work of becoming the business Google shows when someone searches for what you sell. Here's exactly what happens and when — so you can hold us to it.
Most of the work happens now, and you'll see the least. We fix what's broken technically, claim and properly fill in your Google Business Profile, build a separate page for each service you offer, get your name/address/phone consistent everywhere, and start the review engine.
Honest expectation: don't judge us on sales yet. Judge us on whether the foundations are actually built — we'll show you. Your Google profile can start pulling calls in weeks, though. That part is fast.
Pages for the towns you serve. Content that answers what your customers actually type. Steady new reviews. The first real local links. And we start making the traffic convert — the phone number impossible to miss, forms that work.
This is the honest go/no-go point. Six months in, you should see real, measurable growth. If you don't, we'll tell you, and we'll tell you why — and if it isn't working for your business, we'll say that too.
Now we look at whoever is above you and work out what they have that you don't. Deeper content, better links, and re-optimising the pages sitting just outside the top — those are the cheapest wins available.
The work shifts from building to widening the gap and defending it. This is where it starts paying back, because the pages have had time to age and Google trusts them more.
Why time matters, with the real numbers: the average page sitting at #1 in Google is five years old, and 73% of everything in the top 10 is over three years old (Ahrefs, 2025, from a crawl of over a million pages). Google's own John Mueller says it takes “half a year to a year to really see the full impact.” Anyone who tells you 30 days is selling you something.
- Every technical fix, and your site speed.
- Your Google Business Profile, set up properly.
- The pages we built. The reviews you earned. The links you earned.
- Reviews. Most people specifically look for reviews from the last three months. A review profile decays on its own.
- Fresh content and new links — while your competitors keep going.
And the thing we'd rather tell you now than have you find out later: if you're in a quiet trade in a small town with no aggressive competitors, you may not need a monthly plan at all. Build the foundation once, keep the reviews coming, and you're done. Google says the same thing — small local businesses can do much of this themselves. We'd rather tell you that and lose the $600 a month than take it and have you resent us.
Four things we will never say to you, no matter how much you want to hear them: that we can guarantee you the #1 spot (Google explicitly tells you to be suspicious of anyone who does) · that we have a special relationship with Google (nobody does) · that we can guarantee a date your rankings will move · or that we'll “boost your reviews” — buying or incentivising reviews has been a federal offence since October 2024, carrying penalties up to $51,744 per review, and we will not put you anywhere near that.
3 · Anything else? — optional
You don't need a website to buy any of these. Just want SEO, or your Google profile sorted? Tick it and skip the rest — set "What do you need?" above to "I already have a site" and the quote is just this.
The essentials
That's everything we need.
Your price is built from the answers you just gave — nothing else. No sales call, no obligation, and nothing is owed.
The full price list
Most people don't need this page — they pick one of the three packages and get on with their day. But if you want something specific, here's every single thing we do and what it costs. No "contact us for pricing" anywhere on it.

Straight talk: SiteLift is new.
We're not going to show you a wall of client logos, because we'd have to invent them — and inventing testimonials isn't just tacky, it's illegal under FTC rules. So we won't insult you with fake five-star reviews from people who don't exist.
Here's what we'll give you instead: you see your design before you pay the final invoice. The price you're quoted is the price on the invoice. Your domain and hosting sit in your name from day one, and the finished site transfers to you in writing on final payment — so if we ever let you down, you walk away with everything and hire someone else.
You email us, you get a real answer — usually within the hour. No ticket queues, no being handed around.
We have to earn a reputation somewhere. It starts with you, which is exactly why we'll work harder on your site than a firm with 400 clients ever would.
Where we work
We're based in Durham, North Carolina, and we work with small businesses anywhere in the United States. Most of this job is done over email, screen-shares and a phone call — your website doesn't care what state we're standing in, and neither should you.
If you're in the Triangle — Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Cary — we'll come and sit across a table from you. That's a real offer, not a marketing line.
What you won't find on this site is a list of forty cities we've never set foot in, each with its own near-identical page. Agencies do that to game search engines. It tells you nothing true about whether we can build you a good website.
No portfolio yet? Then audit us.
You're standing on our portfolio right now. Don't take our word for how good it is — run this site through our own free scanner, the same one we'd run on yours.

We built a 32-check audit tool and published it free. Point it at sitelift.tech and see how we score. We're not going to hide from our own test.

Most agencies hide their pricing so you're forced onto a sales call. Ours is on the wall. Answer a few questions and the number appears — no email required.

Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 11, 2026. SiteLift Corporation (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
Information you give us through forms (name, email, company, and project details). A phone number only if you give us one — for example, when you ask us to text you a quote; we use it only for that, with your consent, and you can reply STOP any time. Information collected automatically (IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, essential cookies). If you use our free website audit tool, we also store the web address you scanned and the resulting score. We use all of this to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, provide services, improve the site, and — with your consent — send marketing.
Why we're allowed to use it (lawful basis)
For visitors in the UK/EU (GDPR), we rely on: your consent (marketing emails/texts, and the referral cookie — you can withdraw it any time); performance of a contract or steps you asked for (preparing your quote, delivering work you engaged us for); and our legitimate interests in running and securing the site and responding to your enquiries, balanced against your rights. We only send marketing where you've opted in.
How we share it
With service providers who work on our behalf (email, payment processing, hosting, subcontractors) under confidentiality obligations; to comply with law; and in a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
Where your data is handled (international transfers)
We're based in the United States, so if you contact us from the UK/EU your information is transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers. Ask us and we'll tell you which providers hold what.
How long we keep it (retention)
Quote and enquiry data: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Client and billing records: for the life of the engagement plus as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7 years). The referral cookie: 60 days. Marketing consent records: kept while you're subscribed and for a short period after you unsubscribe, as proof we had your consent. We run an automatic purge on this schedule — it isn't left to memory.
Your choices & rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing anytime. Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to our use of your information, and to withdraw consent (which doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew it). To exercise any of these, email hello@sitelift.tech — we'll respond within 30 days (one month, per GDPR), free of charge in normal cases. If you're in the UK/EU and think we've got it wrong, you also have the right to complain to your data protection supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO at ico.org.uk). We honor Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing — and we don't just say so, we act on it, live, below.
Cookies, retention, security
We use essential cookies only — the ones that keep you logged in and keep forms working. We run no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers on this site. We keep information only as long as needed or as law requires, and use reasonable safeguards, though no method is 100% secure. The site is not directed to children under 13.
