Is this really free? What's the catch?
Really free. No signup, no card, no drip campaign. We built it because most small businesses are quietly broken in ways nobody ever tells them about. If you want us to fix it, we'll quote you a real number. If you'd rather fix it yourself, the list above is the whole list — go do it.
What's this "invisible to AI" thing?
When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity "who's a good plumber near me," those tools go and read websites — but they read the raw HTML and do not run JavaScript like your browser does. If your site builds its content with JavaScript, the AI sees an empty shell. You can't be recommended if you can't be read.
Why do you check my email records?
Because a missing SPF or DMARC record means your quotes, invoices and booking confirmations quietly land in your customers' spam folders — and you never find out. It's the single most common invisible problem we see, it costs real money, and it takes about ten minutes to fix.
Am I really at risk of an ADA lawsuit?
Over 3,000 website accessibility lawsuits were filed in US federal court in 2025, and roughly two-thirds of the businesses sued had under $25M in revenue — there is no small-business exemption. Most cases start with an automated scan, and missing alt text and unlabelled forms are the most commonly cited items. We're not lawyers and this isn't legal advice — but you'd rather know.
Do you store my website address?
We save the address you checked and the score so the result gets a shareable link. We only keep your email if you type one in, and we use it to send your report and follow up once. See our privacy policy.
